Man stabbed near Buranda Village shopping centre in Brisbane
A MAN has been taken to hospital in a serious condition after a stabbing near a shopping centre in Brisbane’s south.
Police were called to Buranda Village on the corner of Cornwall St and Ipswich Rd, Woolloongabba, about 11.30am.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said a man was taken to the PA Hospital with an abdominal wound and was in a serious but stable condition.
A Queensland Police Service spokesman said they had a person in custody.
