No regrets: Bianca del Rio revels in the roast
Bianca del Rio is promising to throw respectability politics out the window when she visits Australia this month.
The American drag queen and comedian, best known for winning season six of RuPaul's Drag Race, will kick off the Australian leg of her fourth solo tour in Brisbane next week. And she doesn't care if you think her jokes cross a line.
"I've learned over the years I don't like working at a bar. Also, parties are very difficult as well. If you're going into someone's event, especially with my brand of humour, it doesn't always work.
"But in a theatre, people know what they're getting into. You have a selective audience who know you and they go, 'Let's see this bitch'."
