Taking stock of the human impact of Queensland's flood crisis


Australia's always been known as a land "of droughts and flooding rains", and the people of North Queensland have dealt with both over the last few years. The receding flood waters in Queensland's gulf country are revealing unprecedented devastation. Up to half a million cattle are dead from a combination of the flooding followed by extraordinary wind and cold. And now the farmers and graziers are beginning the clean up.
