Fire at towing yard destroys 30 vehicles in Brisbane suburb of Rocklea
Four firefighting crews went to the fire about 1am and had the blaze out about an hour later.
It’s believed the cars were at the property after being towed.
“We did have a fair few wheel assemblies and fuel tanks popping off when we arrived and that presents hazards for the crews and slowed down our initial attack,” firefighting officer-in-charge Paul Hart said.
The cause of the fire is unknown, with an investigation underway.
