King Charles III has sent a heartfelt message to Queenslanders affected by ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred, praising the resilience and community spirit shown in the wake of the storm.
“Following our visit to Australia at the end of last year, my wife and I particularly wanted to say how much our thoughts are with all those who have been so severely affected by the destructive weather events along Australia’s East coast over the past two months,” King Charles said.
