Man dies after stabbing in the throat at Qld shopping centre

A man is in custody after the death of a 51-year-old man who was stabbed in the throat at a north Queensland shopping centre.

A crime scene was set up at the Cairns Central shopping centre as police worked to establish the circumstances of his death.
