Weather forecast Australia: NSW on high alert as dangerous weather sweeps down the south coast
Thousands of homes are still without power after a dangerous storm cell lashed much of Australia's east coast. Residents on the NSW South Coast picking through debris and beginning a long clean-up while others are preparing for more floodwaters, which are expected to peak at 2pm. Emergency crews are still working to restore power to 6100 homes and businesses in Shoalhaven this morning after more than 15,000 properties in the area were blacked out yesterday.
